Cancellation & returns rights

Your statutory right to cancel an online order, and the model form you may use to do so.

Last updated 11 October 2026

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel a contract for goods bought from this website within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where one order is delivered in several lots, the period expires 14 days after the day on which the last lot is received.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Our details are:

AVERSTONE GLOBAL LTD
128 City Road
London
EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom
customercareaverstoneglobal@gmail.com

You may use the model cancellation form below or our contact form, but neither is obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your message before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods, including the cost of delivery (except for the extra cost of any delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned them. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us you are cancelling. We will confirm the return address for your order by email when you tell us you are cancelling. For cancellations of this kind you will need to pay the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
