The current status of online payment on this website, and how payment will work when it opens.

Current status: payments are not open

Online payment is not open on this website. No payment method is offered at checkout, orders cannot be placed, and no card or bank details are requested or stored. You are welcome to browse and to add pieces to your bag.

We will open ordering once a payment provider has approved our account and our delivery arrangements are in place. We do not display the logos of any payment method until that method is actually available.

How payment will work

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total price of the goods, including any VAT that applies.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card details go directly to that provider; they are not stored on this website.
• You will receive an email acknowledging your order, and a second email when it has been dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order. Timings are set out in our returns & refunds policy.
